EASY TO USE AND ACTIVATE Soak in ice water 2-5 minutes or until plump , ring out excess water, and it's cool! Avoid oversoaking or oversaturating. Secure around head, neck, or shoulders for cooling relief as temperatures rise.
DURABLE AND REUSABLE Product can be re-used over and over again. Just re-soak to activate
